I have an 89 fullsize with what had originally a 700-r4 with np241. After my second 700-r4 in a year, I decided I would switch to a th350. The th350, in my opinion, is stronger, yes, it does lack an over drive but since I hardly ever take it on the highway, not a big loss to me!

Anyway, my question is, I want to use my np241. TCI sells a 700-r4 to TH350 adapter kit (#329900). The kit says it works with the np208 but I need to know if it will also work with np241. From what I have read they seem to be pretty much identical but I don't want to drop $200 in a kit to have it not work.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Really need help on this one!
