Default Infamous 95 4.3 issues kinda

I've got a 95 blazer 4wd 4.3 vortec and have put new cpi spider injectors and line kit, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, tps, fuel pump and gas tank. It starts right up everytime but It has no power and spits and sputters on normal take off but will come a alive if you mash it to the floor. I think I have screwed up the vacuum lines. Im trying to figure out where the vacuum goes to from the plenum on passenger and also the the 2 things on driver's side plenum. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

if its anything like a 99, you will have 3 connections off the plenum
big hose to the brake booster, a hose for HVAC controls, and a hose for 4WD if equipped and yours is. hook them up wherever, the Brake hose only goes in one place and doesnt matter where you put the others.

Have you checked the ignition timing?
Checked "correctly" as per service manual? (If i correctly remember the 95 still needs the ECU control wire to be disconnected to set basic timing.)

Is the necessary just by changing the cap and rotor?

does it visually connect to the booster? those HVAC lines and the Vac accumulator i was talking about will run right infront of and down next to the brake booster.

odd, dont think i've ever seen a brake booster with two hoses, maybe with rear drums?
anyways, can you get a picture of where all the hoses hookup on the plenum? i cant remember if 95s have the same style of upper intake as second gens, probably not now that i think about it. you can also just cap off the vacuum hookups on the intake side and see if it runs any better, and also failing that, check ignition timing as error_401 has said, he is a master of first gens in my eyes so i wont be able to do much to help you when it comes to the grit of it

brake booster only has one hose and connected to the left side of the plenum
