I had misread this tidbit, sorry
yeah just connect the VAC side of the checkvalve T to the manifold, connect your 4WD hookup to the manifold, and then connect the brake booster.

the brake booster has its own vacuum on the intake. I need to know what all hooks up to the other one. A pic would be even better. Also would like to see the 2 valves on drivers side hook up to. I believe the round one goes to the rear charcoal canister.

i need to see a picture of your under-hood situation and what vac lines you need to hook up, i own a 1999 Second gen, you have a first model year 1995 2nd gen. the setups are very different but some key things are the same and some universal knowledge of how motor vacuum systems work can be applied.

Not neccessarily, but for any diagnostics involving a fuel/air/spark problem try to eliminate as many of the unknowns from the equation.
We have seen several such problems and finally turned out to be the ignition being off. These engines are quite sensitive on that end.
Ignition timing being off can cause the driveability issues you described. Lack of power but once up on rpm it seems o.k.
Also this will in most cases not trigger codes. Be aware that these problems can cause damage to the engine internals.
