Intake gsk replacement...Spring came from where?

Intake gsk replacement...Spring came from where?
I am replacing my lower intake gsk, no probs. But before that was off and as I had the throttle body in my hand, a small (1/2") spring came shooting out of somewhere. Where??? Not a clue. Only know the top intake was off and throttle body in my hand. Please help
