Default Intermittent Electronic click noise and rpm drop

I have a 2003 Blazer and have noticed that, at idle, I get a click sound every 15 to 30 seconds and the rpms and headlights drop and dim. I can't pinpoint the location of the sound. Also it happens with AC on or off. Any advice??

Have the OBD codes read is the first step. Many auto parts stores will do this for you.
