Unhappy Intermittent issues

Hi everyone I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer LS 4dr 4x4 which I love. It was manufactured in April '95, PCM under the hood on the right side, and OBD 2 style connector under the dash with pins 2,4,5,9,13,16. No pin in 6. Body and frame have 200,000 miles. Motor has on'y 92,000 miles, was swapped out by the previous owner and is from a 1994 Chevy S-10 pickup.

It's got some intermittent issues which include the
fallowing:

Issue number 1: Starting issue were every 2 to 3 weeks it will fire up then immediately die then it just cranks but will not start. Whenever that happens I spray brake cleaner down the throttle opening then it starts and runs just fine on its own for 2 to 3 weeks then it happens all over again. I took it in and the mechanic told me it's an electrical problem having to do with the signal from the PCM to the fuel injector. This issue is very annoying!

Issue number 2: The service engine soon light will occasionally come on when I drive it sometimes it will flash and sometimes it won't then it will go out after a couple of minuets.

Issue number 3: It shifts too early at wide open throttle(Flooring it from a stop) where it shifts at 3,000 to 3,500 rpms when it should be shifting between 5,000 and 6,000 rpms. This issue is not intermittent and is consistent.

Issue number 4: It idles high after sitting overnight, depending on the temperature outside it idles between 1,500 and 2,000 rpms and when its warmed up you have to shut off the engine, let it sit for a couple of minuets and then start it up again and the idle will go back to normal. This issue is consistent too.

I suspect the PCM is bad and so does a friend of mine who is a mechanic but I'm not sure. If anyone knows what's going on please help me as I'd very much love to fix the problem once and for all and get her back on the road full time. Thanks.
