Default Intermittent start problems need some help

I have a 1993 s10 blazer, 4.3 CPI v6. Problem is that sometimes, after driving for a while the engine will sputter and die. I have replaced the following
-fuel pump and sending unit
-CPI unit including the regulator
- filter
-fuel relay
-gas tank (had a leak)
- few sensors that has to do with spark

All this I did not to long ago. So here's where I'm at.

After driving for a while it will sputter and die. I check a fuel pressure at the rail and have proper pressure. So I pull a plug and have spark, but the plug was completely dry. I shot some starter fluid into the intake and its tried to fire. After sitting for a while it will start then run like crap and die. I think it's a fuel
Problem but I'm not sure what or what's left to replace! Any help is greatly Appreciated!!

Nothing less then 60lb,then MUST hold above 55 for 10 min. running is around 52-54.
