hey guys been awhile since I posted or been on the forums I'm still very active on my vehicle and building it bigger and stronger.i spun a rod berring on my 4.3 again and decided to do a 5.7 swap from a chevy c1500 I have purchased new engine mounts and a oil pan but there was no articles on the oil filter adaptor. the stock 5.7 has a adaptor with oil filter adatched and the cooler lines. I need to delete the oil filter and have it set up like a 4.3 4x4 adaptor to clear the drive shaft. anyone seen or done this swap. any info on doing this and the hiccups they encounterd. motor on a stand and ready to go in. I'm using my 4.3 factory ecu and being reflashed. and using my factory harness
