Default jumping forward

Ok, I thoight I had this all settled. 99 2 door 4 wheel drive. Just when I get it to the best it's been driving since I've had it, it starts acting up again. I recently got it "in time". The p1345 code was gone for almost a week and it was driving pretty well. On the way to work this morning it began jumping forward when the engine had a little stress added(accelerating). And the ses light popped on.Now this is the same thing it did before i "fixed" it. I am currently on break at. work, I will gst the code after. If it is p1345 why would it go out of time randomly? Would that mean it skipped a tooth? My wires need changed because I didn't get those when I did my tune up. I'll update later with the code, have to get to work again.

If it skipped a tooth it would hardly run and would be missing very bad if it ran at all.

Ok I see. I am just wondering why the light came on and it ran like that. The scan tool at advanced auto didn't read any codes at all. Any idea why it would come on the go off like that?
