So like it says I just bought my first blazer a 1995 s10 blazer 4x4. It has a NEW motor with 6k miles and rebuilt trans same mileage, BUT it sat for almost a year. So now it starts and runs okay but idols rough and when I first take off it lags a little n has little power but once I get going it has all the power i could ask for. It has a Vortec V-6 4.3L. I was thinking fuel issue because of the sitting for so long, and because it's one of the only things not replaced or rebuilt. Any help here would be great!! I'm trying to start up a new business so I have little or no money to take to shop so I'm looking to do myself.

i would check fuel pressure. mine idled rough before it went out.
