Knock on start-up, goes away when hot

thanks for the info, i will check into this.
i know thicker oil is whats needed, but i dont have pressure problems.
at idle hot, its about 30 and driving about in the middle (50-60 ?)
anyway next oil change i will use this oil with my additive and wish for the best !
