Default Lifter tap

I have a 1996 Blazer LS that makes an incessant tapping noise, even after warmed up I was wondering if anyone on here had any ideas as to why or solutions to fix it.

Thank you in advance

*edit* I was told it was a lifter? I forgot to add that in.

Lifter tap, no big deal, however change the oil to the proper oil and it should go away. You could try a can of Sea-Foam as well.

Verify its not a rod or crank knock, those are more serious.
