Try Rislone, its a very good engine treatment, it took care of my sticking lifter in my 92 S10 4.3 W engine.

I've seen it do the job many times in my nearly 64 years on this earth. Replace one quart of oil with a quart of Rislone. I might add, if it does not fix the problem, the only way to fix it is tear it down.
