Default Lifter Torque Question

Anyone know the torque specs for the rail that holds the lifters in on 1998 Blazer 4.3 4wd ?

It feels very lightweight almost made of plastic, wanted to torque it properly.

Cant find it anywhere in the book or online.

Thanks for any help,

Tom,

Thanks I figured it out, I think, my intake gasket is damaged so waiting on a new one to test in car. But i changed out the camshaft and lifters today with one of the old engines I had and it made that kadunk noise go away. I think some of the lifters were stuck or something.

So this is new information I could not find online. Lifters frozen can make a noise even without the engine running just by manual.
