Default loss of power (especially when cold)

When I start my blazer, especially after it has been sitting awhile, and hit the accelerator there is now power. Once it warms up a little it will move just fine. I notice also when going down the road and it shifts there is a hesitation and then it will get power. I have recently replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump was just replaced before I bought it a couple of months ago. Anyone have any ideas?

After a lot of fuel work to get P0171 and P0174 codes out, I have this same problem now (no codes). Nothing with the tranny before and it was not touched. It seems that it is only after it sets a while, and then it clears in a few minutes.

Did you ever get resolution of this issue? And if you did, what was it? Thanks...
