Default Loud clunk, now no 2nd or reverse

Like it says. Been hearing a clunk like u joint but all looked good, lasted about 2 days. Then today driving along heard a loud clunk and my engine revved up, let my foot off the pedal and gear changed. pulled over and now no reverse or 2nd? seached but did not find same problem. Any ideas? Thanks
