I have a 97 Jimmy. When im idaling in park or sitting stopped at a light my oil pressure will drop to about 20. But than when i start going again itll go back up to between 40 and 60 and i no thats normal. But wat concernes me is the drop to 20. It doesnt happen all the time though. Ne ideas?????????

 

Nothing to be worried about. A drop in oil pressure from running to idle is normal. GM specifies minimum idle oil pressure to be 7-8psi.
