Default Map Sensor

I think i figured it out after readong some more posts. now my questions is if the
MAP sensor is bad will it kick a code or not? If i have it put on the Computer at teh shop will it scan
it as a bad MAP?

yes the MAP sensor should put out a check engine code. One way to check is to clear all codes. Unplug the MAP sensor and start it you should get a code (code 33 for low voltage, or 34 for high voltage, this would be if you have an blazer with OBD1. Im not sure for OBD2 systems) you shouldgetthisa code then clear the code, plug inMAP sensor, and start it, if you get the code again your sensor could be bad. Hope this helps.
