I was looking into swapping the 4.3L for a crate motor. I was looking at this crate motor. Would it bolt up to our tranny?

 

Yes, it will bolt up to the transmission, but you will need to do some work to make it fit into your truck. Your 2wd Xtreme is much easier than a 4wd truck!! correct me if I am wrong but won't this motor tear up his tranny?
