Default Motor to bolt up to our tranny?

I was looking into swapping the 4.3L for a crate motor. I was looking at this crate motor. Would it bolt up to our tranny?

Yes, it will bolt up to the transmission, but you will need to do some work to make it fit into your truck. Your 2wd Xtreme is much easier than a 4wd truck!! Check out JagsThatRun.com for more information on the ever popular S-series v8 swap. One thing that is for sure, you are going to have to get creative if you want to keep a carb on that motor...
