What Motors Bolt up to the 1990 Model S-10 Blazer 4x4 Tannys? would a Camero 327 V8 Work?

All depends on what engine you currently have in there... The 2.8L is a 60* v6 and your options are VERY limited. The 4.3L is a 90* v6 and has the same bellhousing pattern as the SBC.

Plus the tranny going in has to be from a 4x4.

If you're replacing a 4.3, then any first generation v8 (1955-1999 small blocks....262,265,283,267,327,302,305,350, 400....and big blocks...396,427,454) will bolt up to your existing transmission, as well as ANY 4.3 (262ci V6 or V8).
