all my wires are in the correct order but if the lenths of the wires are off could that mess up the timing?

hmmm... well then any ideas? i was hoping it would be something like that i have no idea what else to try and the gas millage, sound, and drivability realy suck

Have you tried removing your O2 sensor that is directly ahead of the cat? If so, how did it run (noise level aside)?

i dont know, the o2s were a real pain to work on many stripped but there is 3 new ones in there now and the cat is under a year old
