new starter no crank
i replaced my starter today, the solenoid clicks but the motor doesnt crank. i have power going into the solenoid but no power coming out to the starter motor. i guessing solenoid is bad but it's kinda BS on a brand new starter don't you think
Is the fusible link (large positive cable to the starter) transferring power to the starter solenoid properly? Have you put a multimeter onto it to see what the voltage does when you try to crank it over?
