ooh, no I haven't stopped at Autozone... I have a '93 and they only test '96 and newer

Ooops, my oversight. Trying to do this while at work can get a bit sloppy.

You should be able to check your codes yourself with a paper clip and watching the check engine light. Let me see if I can find the post detailing what to do...

*EDIT* - Here ya go: code reader

The paper clip is inserted between cavity A & cavity B on the obd1 connector under the dash.
