On your 1995 CMFI: Key ON, engine OFF, fuel pump runs for ~2 seconds and shuts off. Fuel pressure must be tested while pump is running. Must be 55psi to 61psi, and it must remain above 50psi for at least 10 minutes after the pump shuts off. If it fails one or both parts of the test, further testing is necessary.
