Default Noise from Motor

I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer LS. I Have done so much work on this motor its unreal!! I think it may be a lifter or something, but the noise is loud. it never goes away or gets quieter it gets louder. I am going to try and record a video of the noise so you can hear it well. I am about to just give up!! Its like a ticky knowck tap noise, i just dont understand it. This is the link to watch the video to hear the noise VID 00000-20110822-1659.3GP - YouTube

I hope someone can help me out!!
Thanks

Out of curiosity, why were the bearings changed? Also, were rod & mains done?

If they were done because of knock/failure, were the correct size installed? i.e. was plastigage or another form of measurement used? If not, you could still have the same problem.

The other thing could be too tight of bearing tolerance not allowing the oil in to do it's job, although unlikely given the knocking.

What kind of oil pressure do you have?

The bearings were changed because we thought that's what was wrong with it. We have had the motor out of the car twice now. Um my oil pressure is I guess normal I'm not really sure. And everything was the correct placement. A mechanic friend of ours said it was a lifter, but I'm not certain. I know its coming from the top, very top of the motor.

This really sounds like the sound I'm getting. It only starts when engine reaches 195, thermo opens. Does yours make noise all the time, at start up, or after warm? Did you ever resolve the issue? Thanks in advance
