Default O2 sensor circuit codes

I have a 2003 blazer ls 4x4 and I'm having trouble with a CEL that won't go off

These are the codes:
P0155
PO154
P0134
P0135
What would be the first thing to check?

Do you have the ability to graph O2 sensor activity in live data?

You have codes that suggest that there are problems with the heaters in the o2 sensors not warming the sensor up fast enough and/or improper sensor signals. The sensors in front of the cat(s) should switch back and forth between approx 0.15 and 0.85v at a switching rate of about once per second at idle. The sensors behind the cat should have a relatively steady voltage between 0.5 and 0.8 volts. If that's not what you see then we dig further to find out why. It can be the air fuel mixture being out of bounds, sensor, the reference voltage, the wiring or the engine computer (rare).

Here is what a pre cat sensor graph should look like depending on the horizontal scale:

All graphs need to be in volts (V) or millivolts (mV).

"not changing at all" :

FWIW, in my 95 PCM, the O2S input is opposed by a fixed 0.45 V bias inside the PCM. That might account for " un changing voltage on the O2S input.

A front O2 sensor fixed at 0.45V indicates open loop and not controlling for whatever reason.
