You have codes that suggest that there are problems with the heaters in the o2 sensors not warming the sensor up fast enough and/or improper sensor signals. The sensors in front of the cat(s) should switch back and forth between approx 0.15 and 0.85v at a switching rate of about once per second at idle. The sensors behind the cat should have a relatively steady voltage between 0.5 and 0.8 volts. If that's not what you see then we dig further to find out why. It can be the air fuel mixture being out of bounds, sensor, the reference voltage, the wiring or the engine computer (rare).
