Default Oil dipstick tube replacement

Backstory: '92 S-10 blazer Vin W (CPFI) engine and trans going in my '87 Toyota 4runner.

Putting aftermarket headers on it as the toyota frame is narrower. Due to the flange on the header, the dipstick has to be un-bolted and moved for installation of the header. Which has happened a few times. In this process, the surface rust on the tube has turned into cracks.

It didn't seem to want to come out of the block easily, but I didn't force it. I also can't seem to find a replacement online. I see more than a few on ebay for '96+ motors, but nothing listed for my application. rockauto, advance auto parts, summit racing. car-part.com parts interchange doesn't list it as a part, so I can't search yards.

So, anyone know how hard they are to replace? And how to get a new one? I was thinking if nothing else, I could grab a chunk of brake line and cut it to match the length of the old one, but I'd like to call that Plan D.....
