oil and fuel filter

Default oil and fuel filter

Hey,
I have a 2002 blazer.I am going to change my oil, oil filter and fuel filter. is there anyting that i need to do(fill the filters or anything) before i do the changes

Fill the oil filter and make sure the o ring off the old oil filter isnt stuck to the block before you put the new one on

but does anyone know if i need to do anything to the fuel filter??

Nope . Should be an inline filter. Just put a wrench on the filter to hold it while you break the line nut loose so you dont wad the fuel lines up. Fuel pump will re prime the system when you have the new one on and hit the key

BTW Squeeze the tabs together on the other end after you get the line loose and it should come off pretty easily.
