I used FelPro gaskets and o-rings but I'd also be good with GM ones.
For the hoses, I used GM ones. Assuming mine were original, I got over 120k miles out of them. There might be better ones, but I don't know what brands those would be. There might be some posts on the forum on that topic.
On my 99, 4wd, 4dr, I didn't have to raise the engine to replace the gasket, o-ring, or oil lines although it is a tight squeeze there. A big help was to put a dab of petroleum jelly between the engine block and the gasket to hold the gasket in place.
I learned that trick from posts by engine rebuilders who put petroleum jelly in newly installed oil pumps. If I remember correctly, they do this to prime them, with the jelly disolving into the oil.
Thanks Christine!
I will order those and let you know how the lines do after replacement!

Been a while since discussing the oil leak, to inform about the past:
In August I put a bottle of AT205 in after I changed the oil. This stopped the leak for around 600-650 miles until it came back, this is what leads me to believe it is a gasket or o ring of some sorts that is leaking. (I barely drive 10 miles per day, 95% of those miles are city.)
I have seen many different threads with leaks from Valve covers, oil cooler lines, rear main, front main, the timing cover gasket, oil sending sensor, and intake manifold gasket.
The intake manifold gasket on this car was replaced in 2013.
Here are some pictures from today: For reference, this is what the driveway spot looks like. Front of motor Front driver side of motor Oil pan from bottom Oil pan/tranny from behind Front passenger side of motor Oil pan Front half of pan from underneath Remote line adapter Another shot of front of the engine.
Front diff
From what I can see, the wet oil does not go more than halfway up the timing chain cover, I do not suspect the timing cover itself is leaking.
I know a lot of you will recommend Oil lines, yes, they are seeping however they are definitely not the main source of this leak.
Notes:
-Most of the oil seems to run to the bottom section of the oil pan and drip from there. Some also drips from the front differential.
-It was most gunky near the front main seal area. The crankshaft sensor and surrounding were very gunked up.
-Most oil seems to be coming from the front area and making its way back, it seems worse on the drivers side rather than passenger side.
-The leak does not waste much oil. Even though it looks worse, it does not leak much, and the dipstick is still above the hashmarks, oil has not been added since oil change in august.
What are your guys thoughts besides the oil cooler lines based on your experiences and knowledge. And should I just attempt to add another bottle of AT205.
I'm guessing you have tried a thorough cleaning to try to find the leak. Of course a challenge with that is the cooling fan blowing the oil everywhere.
I recently saw a video where the mechanic used a UV dye added to the oil to find a leak. You might try that.
BTW. I have a similar leak that I've never bern able to find.

I was thinking the same. I ordered some UV Dye over the weekend. I used some parts cleaner and cleaned most of my engine as best as I could. I put the dye in after I had it mostly dry underneath and let it idle for 10 minutes, looked under with the UV flashlight and there was nothing.
I then drove 5 miles or so and again looked under. I checked along the oil pan gasket, rear main, cooler lines, timing chain cover, oil line adapter, valve covers, and nothing.
I will check again tomorrow after I drive it to and from school.
Green oil under the UV light has shown on the oil cooler adapter, both sets of oil lines ( Filter to adapter and radiator to filter lines), and for some reason the front of the intake manifold gasket is also leaking. Also green on the bellhousing bolts but I am not sure if that is just oil running down from the adapter or a rear main.

Have you replaced the remote oil cooler lines? These are notorious for leaking. I also replaced the o-ring and gasket at the oil cooler lines to engine block adapter.
Ive got a pair of cooler lines and the o ring sitting on my shelf that I havent gotten to yet. I figured those were leaking, but I wanted to find out what was leaking on the front of the engine, I guess I found my issue here

When you say you have an oring, is that for the adapter? I'm pretty sure there is also a gasket in addition to the o-ring to seal the adapter to the block.
Its just the O-ring that I have. Ill have to look for the gasket for the adapter itself, I was unaware there was a gasket there aswell, Ill have to look at finding one too
