Parts swapping.
Picked up a Tranny, Transfer case, and front drive shaft out of a 1996 Blazer with 150K on it. Everything work great. Will it bolt in my 1995 Jimmy, or do I have to modify stuff to make it work?

It should work. You may have to fab up something to cover the front lower section of the bell housing if you did not get the cover with the transmission.
As far as the transfer case goes, so long as both trucks had the same transfer case, you should be fine.
Those fuel lines will not work for you though, but it looks like you already knew that when you cut them.

Does it matter one came out of a OBDII vehicle?

Shouldn't.

Found out the bell housing are different. Need to swap out the 1995 oil pan for a 1996 style to get it to bolt together. Damn! Damn! Damn!
