Default Please help! Rough 1-2 Shifting

Hey
Have a little issue here. I just had my PCM replaced in my 98. It was running perfect fine around town and at under 50. I noticed the other day that when I was hitting 60mph, I came to a stop and I had a really rough 1-2 shift. Once I shut the car off and let it sit for a minute, it was fine.
Today I went on the freeway and hit 65+ for about 5-10 and my check engine light came on. I haven't been able to read the code, but I noticed I was having hard shifting 1-2.
Could this be another bad PCM?

Has anyone else had these issues? I'm tired of fixing it but it's my only car.

Thank you!

Really need to find out what codes are in memory.
Have them retrieved and post them in the order they are retrieved.
Could be a sticky shift solenoid or spool valve in the valve body.
If trans fluid temperature is too hot it can cause a high, harsh 1-2 shift.
Did you have the new PCM flashed to your VIN?
Did you perform the crankshaft position sensor relearn with the new PCM installed?

you'll probably find an 1870 code. That happens when the tcc regulator valve bore gets worn and leaks oil past when hot.
