Question Please help! Truck runs worse after tune up

Ok, it was time for a tune up so I change my plugs and my spark plug wires and it seems like my truck sounds much more rough when it idles, it also sounds like it wants to die at times, and when I accelerate, it seems like it doesn't quite have alot of power. It seems to hesitate. I used AC Delco plugs, they had the correct gap and everything went smoothly through the tune up so I have no idea what the hell is going on. And yes the plug wires were properly re-installed. If anyone has suggestions please get back with me because this is my main driver and my best vehicle.

95 Chevy Blazer

Thanks
Val

How did it run before you did the tune up? Rough idle makes me think that the plug wires got re-routed (I know you said you installed them correctly but it happens to the best of us...) or they aren't making good contact at the distributor cap or on the plugs themselves. Unplug/replug them all, make sure you use the grease, make sure all plugs are tight. Did you change the distributor cap and/or rotor? I actually cracked a cap on a Dakota when changing wires and didn't have a new cap because I figured I'd save a few bucks and do it at a later time. I know better now...replace everything at once...

What brand plug wires? NEVER use the cheap stuff. Belden 8mm is good if you cant find AC Delco

I did't change the distributor cap and I need to go dig up the receipt on the plug wires. I am pretty sure that I rerouted everything ok, but I am going to go outside and check again. The truck was rough before but now it just sounds like it's kind of choking.
