Good News! we were all wrong lol. the shop dropped the pan and my filter that was attached decided it didnt wanna stay attached. (i guess there is a grommet or something that holds it up and it gets old and tired) so they changed it and put in new filter and filled it back up and so far no issues and its back to feeling like the fresh 60xxxish mile tranny it is. hopefully the drive to the shop didnt do to much damage. Thank you all again for giving me some details on what it could of been
