Default Refurb Crank Kit for spun bearing

I recently Spun a bearing in my blazer. 1997 4x4 Vin W. Has anyone ever used an aftermarket Crank kit(Refurb) my options are having the crank re surfaced on the bad journals, or just installing a refurb crank from the parts store with oversized bearings. Any downside the crank kit?? is it work the $200??

I bought one from Advance auto parts. It was from Crankshaft Rebuilders. It was on the money as far as the bearing sizes and the tolerances go. I paid 188.39 plus the core of 34.00 and free shipping. hope this helps and good luck...
