I dont want to lead you stray but I had the same problem and replaed everything. I had it for over a year. Turned out to be a leaky lower intake manifold gasket. Not hard or expensive. Mine never leaked on the outside until after I discovered why it was misfiring. This might be what you are experiencing. I hope it is so you don't get caught up spending more money.
