S10 auto tranny shudders in reverse
it is a 1997 S10 with 4spd. auto and shudders/slip in reverse only. any suggestion why? thanks.it is AWD.have check rear ujoints,trans fluid level full,trans fluid not burnt.trans shifts into reverse within a second,and if allowed to idle backwords does not shutter,but when acellerated due to soft ground or uphill the shutter/shake problem starts.
