Default Seal transmission dipsticktube

Hi,
my Blazer S10 is leaking transmissionfluid at the seal where the dipsticktube goes into the transmission. I got the new seal, but I have no idea, where it is mounted. Any suggestions?
Is there maybe another reason for the leak? It is the only place, where it looses
transmissionfluid.

The seal goes in the case where the tube connects. Remove bolt from bell housing holding the tube bracket, lift tube up till you can remove the old seal. Maybe stuck in the case or on the tube itself. Wipe down the area and put some grease, fluid just some kind of lubricant and put the seal in the case first then push the dipstick tube into it. Line your bracket up and replace the bolt. You will want to lift vehicle in a way that the fluid is going away from the seal. Good luck.

I didn't say its connected to the distributor, but to reach down to where the pipe is mounted on, it would help to remove the distributor. If my hands would have the size of a child, maybe there is a chance. Where is yours connected to?
