Default RE: service engine soon light at 80mph+

Im back again. I replaced the filter and took it to an old counrty road and opened it up and got it to about 85mph before the curve made me let off. Not a single problem. About two days ago i had to putt my buddies silverado in its place and once i hit 90mph+ the light starts blinking again. What is it now.
Thanks

A flashing CEL means that the PCM has detected a potentially harmful misfire.

With a good scan tool, the computer will TELL you which cylinders it is missing on.
