Default shaky acceleration

So I started 2000 blazer z-r2 this morning had almost no gas everything is fine. I go to the gas station fill up the tank and start up, at first it started up really rough and and struggled to accelerate as of something was clogged. I need help!!

Most likely sucked something off the bottom of the tank into your fuel pump or maybe it got past the pump and into the filter. Like rexmburns said... any DTCs? When in doubt seafoam that bad boy.

Okay so I seafoamed my blazer and it looks like nothing helped it, ive also heard this could be caused by bad fuel injectors? I put in new spark plugs about 2 months ago but I feel as I did something wrong. Has anyone else ran into these similer issues?

It's possible you could have cracked the porcelain on one of the plugs. Take a wire off from the distributor one wire at a time. If it gets worse then plug back up and keep going. If you get to a wire where the engine does not run worse then that is your plug.

Update: I sea foamed my truck, replaced the fuel filter, and checked all my spark plugs everything looks good. In the mornings I still get the shaky acceleration but by the time I get off work it runs perfect. The only other known problem is that I need a catalytic converter, could that be my issue? Amd has anyone else had this happen to them?
