Default Shredding serpentine belts

I have a 2000 S-10 Blazer, 4.3L, that I have installed two brand new serpentine belts in the past 3 months. It is somehow shredding the belts. I have checked all of the pulleys for nicks and found none. I think that maybe one of the seven pulleys is misaligned and causing this.

Upon visual inspection it appears that they are aligned. The only pulley that I see that may be adjusted is the alternator pulley. The alternator has two bolts with bushings that attach it to the engine bracket. Can the alternator be moved back or forward for belt alignment purposes?

Has anybody had this type of shredding problem and found the solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The alternator position is set in it's mounts and cannot be adjusted.

The only pulley which can be moved with out shimming things is the power steering pump pulley since it is pressed onto the pump shaft. The hub on the pulley should be flush with the shaft of the pump.

I would remove the belt & check each pulley for play & smooth rotation.
