Default Smell of gas

I have a 98 blazer that after running for a while you get an oder of gas when you walk by checked the gas tank lines everything is intact it starts hard wondering if the spider injector could cause the smell along with the hard starting and info would be helpful

A leaking fuel pressure regulator/injector assy sounds like a likely problem.

agree injector/s ,could also be where the fuel lines connect into the top of the spider and fuel regulater. Also since the fuel lines run underneath the frame you may have a hidden leak. Also check around the fuel filter a common rust area that causes leaks.
