I have been off the list for a time, but this week I was driving to Helo when I looked back and all I could see was smoke. I was headed up a long hill and I was in 2th gear ( it a Auto) about 3/4 thoudel. when I stoped and truned around it stoped smoking.I took it to a local shop they sead it was fine. any ideas?

 

If the hill was sttep enough, your float bowl could have been overflowing into the carb, and all that extra fuel would have caused the smoke. I would check your float adjustment.
