Spark plugs stuck and broken

Yeah, I've done that, seems like a good idea.

I'm back from the trip and the Blazer ran like clockwork. Good car.

Default 94 s10

Just bought a 94 S10 4x4 4dr with the same issue on the #1 cylinder. Only thing remaining were the threads in the head. Bought as 5/8" screw extractor, attached a 7/16 12 point, 1/2" drive socket and about 2 feet of extensions with a breaker bar going thru the fender well with the tire off. I sprayed it with CRC penetrating the day before and the day of. After a few whacks with a hammer to seat the extractor it pulled the remaining part of the plug out. Worked like a champ, but I also think the cold weather helped by making the steel head contract more than the metal from the plug threads. I never used any heat on it. My brother did this route but broke off the extractor
FYI with the head off on the bench after you chisel out the rust around the the thread it will turn out with just a screw driver LOL
