Default Strange Overheating Issue

I have to start by saying this is a great forum and has helped me out quite a bit.

I have 03 Blazer LS 4x4 with about 93,000 and have had it for almost a year. I purchased a pop-up this summer so besides adding a hitch and brake controller I also added a tranny cooler. The cooler has been installed for almost 2 monthes now and no issues until 2weeks ago.

The clutch on the AC compresser went so I replaced the compressor and dryer and ever since then my Blazer has been overheating. I had the coolant flushed in March and I changed the the stat last weekend still the same results.

It runs fine and stays at 210 on my way to work in the morning which is about 35 miles all highway and has been any where from 75-85°. The way home is a different story the temp starts rising and hits about 230-240 range once I run the heat it drops back down but not for long and when it happens it happens quick and once it does it dosen't stop.

My coolant level is good and I'm not losing any coolant that I can see and my oil looks good too.

Any ideas I'm supposed to camping next weekend so I would really like to get this fixed asap not going to be able to pull a camper with the wifes 300.

Thanks
