Swap 700R4 for 4L65e

Swap 700R4 for 4L65e
Hey,
I posted the other day about my 700R4 being imminently dead but I guess the point is mute since I need to change it all out anyway. I was hoping it would last to fall but anyways.
I have and 82 Jimmy/K5 with a 6.0 vortec. I was wondering if anyone knows its a direct swap or the mounts are different? I have the harness from an 02 Denali that has the fitting for the 4l60e which should be the same
I am ready to order

Flywheel
adapter for output shaft
Has anyone else done this and can offer up any pointers?
