Default Swapping T-case

I have a 2003 Blazer LS and a 2002 chevy suburban LS Now the Blazer doesnt have the Autotrac transfer case and the Suburban does would it be possible to swap an autotrac transfer case into the blazer??? I realise i would have to rewire for the auto button to work but i was wondering if its a direct fit? Because all the autotrac transfer cases are the same.

Default RE: Swapping T-case

The difference is going to be that the Autotrac transfer case that the s-series trucks use is the NVG236 while the fullsize trucks use the NVG246. The NVG246 is physically larger and will require more than just wiring modifications, but take a tape measure to them both first to see for yourself. I believe it will bolt up to the back of the trans just fine, but you may find that your driveshafts have to be modified to make it work.
