are these the coolant bolts?

Default are these the coolant bolts?

trying to drain all the coolant out 2002 4.3. I am pretty sure these are correct but having a tough time getting them out. Any tips?

block drains are usually located between the soft plugs on the side of the motor - can be a square head or allen head plug
