timing issue

Default timing issue

when tuning up a 2000 blazer 4x4 with a 4.3 engine do you set #1 or #4 cylinder on tds.Also do you set the on rotor the #1 on the dist.cap or on the #1 pin on the cap which is on the other side of the cap
