Default torque converter or other transmission problem?

i just replaced the engine and transmission and it ran great well runs great(after i replaced a exhaust flange gasket) and made sure all the fluids were good and drove it a few time around the block. the last time well obviously the last time i fired it up and heard a weird sound almost like a vacuum leak. and i would rev it up it would go away. so i didnt think to much of it went to drive it got 300 ft and i heard a semi loud wat seemed to be a vacuum pop and then a grinding noise like if u had shifted into park and havent stopped yet and i couldn't go anywhere else the engine is fine. and now about 2 or 3 hours later there is a big run of trans fluid running down the driveway. so i know u guys can come over and look at it with me but i was wondering if u might have an idea? anything at all.?

honestly i was under it an i dont know. it looks like the top of the trans a lil bit but idk what time it had started to leak. and by the time i was under it it really wasnt leaking i was just under it again and it just still looks like the top i mean i thought it would b easy to see seeing how everything looks new and clean. and i checked the fluid and its full so idk if maybe there is to much? would that be a problem?
